Terms of use
These Terms of use (“Terms”) define the rules for providing services by Appsi P.S.A., with its registered office in Kraków (“Service Provider”), which holds the rights to the applications included in the Speci Service.
In order to use the Service, acceptance of these Terms is required. Upon confirmation of acceptance by the Client, an agreement is concluded between the Client and the Service Provider under the conditions set out below.
I. Definitions

Speci Terms of use (Terms) – these Terms governing the provision of the Speci Service, its applications, and the use of the Speci Account, available at https://speci.io.

Speci Service – a set of applications including: the Speci mobile application for iOS or Android, a Website Profile (virtual business page), and the Administrative Panel.

Service Provider – Appsi P.S.A., ul. ZamkniÄ™ta 10 lok. 1.5, 30-544 Kraków.

Client – a natural or legal person using the Speci Service. Multiple Users may be created under one Client.
-
Client Password – a string of characters (numbers, letters, or special characters) created by the Client for authentication when logging into the Speci Account.

Client Login – a unique email address used together with the Client Password to access the Speci Account.
-
Speci Account – a dedicated space within the Speci Service identified by a unique Client Login and protected by a Client Password.
-
User – a natural person using the Speci Account on behalf of the Client.
-
User Account – an account created for a specific User by the Client, accessible via individual login credentials.

Administrative Panel (Portal) – the web portal forming part of the Speci Service used to configure the Speci Account, available only to Users with administrator rights.

License – a non-exclusive license to use the Speci Service.

Privacy Policy – a document describing the purposes and principles of personal data processing and protection within the Speci Service.

Registration – the process of creating an account by completing and submitting a registration form.

Package – a defined scope of features available within the Speci Service.

Website Profile – a web page where the Client may present their business information.
-
Platform – all applications included in the Speci Service and the server infrastructure on which they are maintained.
II. General Provisions

These Terms define the conditions for using the Speci mobile application, Website Profile, and Administrative Panel.

Using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

The Service Provider may temporarily limit or disable access to Users who violate these Terms.

The scope of access depends on the selected Package. Details are described in Section IV.

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and will notify Users by email. Changes become effective no earlier than 14 calendar days after publication.

Users who do not accept changes may discontinue use of the Service.
-
Failure to cancel within the specified period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
III. Scope of the Speci Service

Speci enables professionals to organize their daily work, communicate with clients through a dedicated communication channel, and present their business online through a Website Profile and photo gallery.

The Service includes:
a) Speci mobile application
b) Website Profile (configured via the Administrative Panel)
c) Administrative Panel -
The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure availability of the Service, subject to maintenance and other limitations.
IV. Packages and Payments

The scope of features depends on the selected Package.
-
Current pricing and package descriptions are available on the website.
-
Packages may be purchased via the mobile application or Administrative Panel.

The Service Provider may modify pricing or packages.
-
Users will be informed of changes via email.
-
Pricing changes become effective no earlier than 14 calendar days after publication.

Users may cancel the Service if they do not accept updated pricing or package terms.
-
Failure to cancel constitutes acceptance of the changes.
V. Service Agreement

The agreement is concluded upon Registration and acceptance of these Terms.
-
The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
-
After Registration, the Client receives access to a free Package.
-
Paid Packages may be purchased in accordance with Section IV.
-
The Service Provider grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable License for the duration of Service use.
-
All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider. Source code and content may not be used without written permission.
-
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
-
Registration requires an email address and password. One email address may be used for only one User Account.
-
The User is responsible for all actions performed through their Account.
Termination
Users may terminate the agreement at any time:

Free Accounts: by deleting the account via the application or Administrative Panel.

Paid Accounts: by sending a cancellation request to speci [AT] speci.io and deleting the account. Prepaid fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Account deletion results in permanent removal of data. Technical deletion may take up to 14 business days.
VI. Service Provider Rights and Responsibilities

The Service Provider undertakes to:

Provide services with due care.

Implement technological solutions ensuring stability and data durability.
-
Inform Users of significant changes or maintenance interruptions.

The Service Provider is not responsible for:
-
Content entered by Users.
-
Damages resulting from improper use.
-
Damages resulting from violation of data protection laws by Users.
-
Interruptions caused by factors beyond its control.
-

The Service Provider may:
-
Disclose data if required by law.
-
Temporarily suspend access for maintenance.
-
Refuse service if User activity destabilizes the Platform.
-
VII. Client and User Obligations

The User agrees to:
-
Use the Service as intended.
-
Process personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
-
Hold rights to any uploaded content.
-
Refrain from posting unlawful or offensive content.
-
Keep login credentials confidential. One License permits access by one natural person.

The Client has the right to:
-
Use the Service within the selected Package.
-
Change or cancel the Package.
-
Receive prior notice of material changes.
-
Submit feedback or complaints via email.
-
VIII. Complaints
-
Complaints may be submitted via email to speci [AT] speci.io.
-
Complaints should be submitted within 14 calendar days of the incident.
-
The Service Provider will respond within 30 calendar days.
IX. Technical Requirements

Internet access is required.
-
The mobile application is available via authorized app stores.
-
The Administrative Panel and Website Profile are accessible through major modern web browsers.
-
One email address may not be used to create multiple Accounts.
X. Data Security

The Service Provider implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security.
-
All data is stored on servers located within the European Union.
-
Data transmitted over the Internet is encrypted.
-
In case of a personal data breach, Users will be notified without undue delay.
XI. Personal Data Processing

By creating an Account, the User agrees to personal data processing in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
-
The User is the controller of data entered into the Service.
-
The Service Provider acts as a data processor where applicable.
-
Sub-processing may occur where necessary for technical operation and data hosting.
-
The Service Provider processes User account data for the purpose of fulfilling the agreement.
-
The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
XII. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Service Provider’s country of registration.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
XIII. Final Provisions

These Terms enter into force on August 16, 2022.

The Service Provider may amend these Terms. Changes will be communicated via email or through the User Account and published on the Platform website.
-
If the User does not accept changes, they may discontinue use of the Service.
-
Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
By accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.
